There are numerous reasons why people fit wellness into their lifestyle. Some use it to cope with stress, maintain weight, manage a health condition, or a combination of reasons. It’s nice to know that the majority of people choosing a healthy way of life are those who are right around us already. Practicing wellness isn’t reserved for the already “primo” people of the world.
Jeri D. is well known in the running community as an energetic spirit that will encourage everyone she meets. She found running years ago and attributes it to changing her life in a positive way when she was in a very negative space. I hope this video motivates you to get off the couch and move. I also hope it encourages you to stretch yourself. I almost declined writing this post because of how I looked in the video, my insecurities screamed loud. However, I decided it was selfish because Jeri took her time to talk to me and it wasn’t about the way I see myself.
