What Do I Do?

So the bootcamp is a bust. It’s wonderful if you’re starting at zero but I’m at this weird place where I need a bootcamp for endurance athletes that can exercise but need to get back to competitive shape. I’m able to workout on a tiny scale in comparison to what I could do before and it’s like my body won’t allow improvement. It’s bizarre. There’s is another program, it’s a COVID PT and OT program. I’ve got the referral, let’s hope it’s what I need to get back to being me.
